Travelled with kids và we stayed 3days/2nights. My kids love this place & wants lớn stay longer. There is so many things to lớn do and see specially the VinWonders you will need at least 2days to check out all the theme park areas.
After I checked in, I found broken glasses in the fridge và the room was so dirty. I contacted the front và had to change the room. The new room also had a problem that the balcony overflowed with water that also came into the room. I had to tương tác the front again at the middle of night. The water is not working on the second floor in the morning. It was one of my worst experiences
It was very good. The room was excellent & very clean. The food was amazing. We had a great view of the beach. The khách sạn had 3 pools và a very clean beach. The service was excellent & they always wanted lớn help out on anything you needed. This khách sạn is amazing.
We have just had another absolutely wonderful stay at Vinperal Nha Trang in a 2 bed beach front villa for a week from 28/2 - 6/3 (villa 6401). We used to lớn stay in Vinpearl villas in Vietnam every year however with covid it was nearly 3 years before we could revisit the Vinpearl in Nha Trang. The weather was absolutely beautiful, the sand was lượt thích white powder and the beach was exclusive and clean. The villa was absolutely gorgeous & the services is second khổng lồ none.Just wanted khổng lồ shout out a massive thank you lớn all the staffs at Vinpearl Nha Trang bay who has made our time staying at Vinpearl NT bay so pleasant and memorable this time: Mr phái nam Deputy head of resevation for allocating the best beach front villa for us for the whole duration (6401 its right next to lớn a Vip pool), Ms Dieu Deputy head customer service for accommodating late checkout & for your assistance during our stay, Ms Thuy Customer services for your attentive services, the luggages boys và tuk tuk drives who are all so friendly and helpful & accommodating with our little boy!
