Loved the extreme friendliness of the staff, they are a credit lớn the hotel, from the cleaners to lớn the receptionist và bicycle guys. The location is fantastic, the rooms are clean và modern, the breakfast is unbelievably good & generous portions for the fact that it is included in the price và there are 5 options khổng lồ choose from. We can highly recommend this place as we have stayed in a few places in Hoi An so far but this is the best. We will return again at the over of April with friends. Book it, you won't regret it.
A small suggestion is to showroom some fixtures into the shower where one can put the soap, shampoo and other amenities that are needed during the shower in order lớn avoid having them on the shower floor.

Friendly staff, very comfortable beds, whisper-quiet air conditioning...the place is brand new so everything (with one very large exception) is in very good shape.
Massive plumbing problem resulting in frequent but unpredictable loud banging coming from the pipes in the walls. The complimentary breakfast was disorganized (even though they have you order the day before) và not very good. Wifi reception in our room (207) was virtually non-existant. The hotel was very new when we checked in. The suite room was nice và our standard room was nice too. Everything was fairly new. There's a fantastic restaurant on the same street "Long Red Dragon". I think its on 332 Cua dẻo street, đôi mươi minutes walk.
The location. Its quite far from the centre. About 25 minutes walk. The rooms are nice enough but the bed sheets and blankets are very rough. The aircond broke the first night we checked in and it was rather hot.
Brand new building. Nice manager very welcoming & nice rooms... Decent location.
Too hot aircon wasn't working very well. Seems like building work was a bit rushed as there was no towel rails in the bathroom. So few little bits to sort out. Breakfast was measly coil probably feed a small child
Wonderful & new hotel! Good position closer the old city. Staff really helpful và took care of us. Good breakfast air conditional all over. Rooms big and clear. Bathroom nice design & big shower. They give us miễn phí bikes !
The hotel is located on 5 minute walking distance from the old town & 3 km from the beach. You can take the miễn phí bikes to go khổng lồ the beach. The hotel is brandnew, even smelt lượt thích fresh paint. The rooms are clean, have HBO on tv & the best part, a rain shower. The breakfast is small but you have choice of 3 menus, includin juice and tea. Lớn sum up, a great hotel in general and especially fro the price you pay. This could easily be a 3 star hotel.
Rooms were excellent, nice, new, clean & tidy. Reception staff were great, very helpful. Good location, easy to find. House keeping were very helpful as well. Would recommend to anyone in my family and all of my friends
The only fault lớn this khách sạn was they forgot my breakfast two days out of three và when we let the waitress aware of this she wasnt too happy khổng lồ help
The hotel is amazing. Very lovely and nice people. I would definitly come back! They also offer you free bicycle so that you can explore Hoi An on the bicycle! Great...

2 naechte ohne schlaf, weils probleme mit dem wassertank gab. Man war sehr bemueht dies zu reparieren, gelang aber nicht ganz. Cocktails gabs an einem von 4 tagen. Fruehstueck war sehr, sehr unflexibel. Es war nicht moeglich butter stat fleisch zu bekommen.
