The staffs' attitude is unstable. Sometimes they are helpful, but sometimes seems they don't feel like serving anyone! One time we were swimming và have lớn hear the 2 staffs in the pool bar fighting at something, they talked very loud especially the woman. The girl at reception seems new lớn the job, everything we asked she said No until we tried khổng lồ find someone else can help (then the answer turned out yes). When we arrived, I asked if the beach side pool can use yet but receptionist told me lớn ask restaurant staffs because the pool is next lớn restaurant, they should know it better (?) Anyway we lượt thích the couch in front of our pool access room. Both of the pools are nice.
