Amazing base for discovering Hanoi. A private safe, central heating & an iron were provided. The venue is in the heart of the town. Really value for price, we would definitely come baông chồng here...

I liked it))

They had a pretty good breakfast for the price you pay. Hotel rooms were very clean and came with two pairs of rubber flip flops. Hotel staff were EXCELLENT. Immediately upon check-in, they presented us with a maps of Hanoi and circled on it, places of interest, good restaurants, etc. Everything was done with a smile on their faces. It was fantastic. Room thiết kế và layout was also very good for the price I paid. There were fruits provided in the room when you kiểm tra in. Showers were fantastic as well. Laundry was also reasonably priced & very well done. Doors used the flash thẻ system so no keys were involved. Very convenient. Had room service one night for dinner, & the food was amazing. In short, my stay there was perfect.

Everything was perfect.

We stayed at the Rising Dragon Villa for 3 nights on our way khổng lồ Paris. Apart from the fact we ihometour.vn a family room which was not available when we arrived our stay was great. Location was excellent for the old quarter shopping và markets. Staff were very helpful and spoke English well which seemed rare in Hanoi!

The rooms are quite small. As we were travelling on to lớn Europe with three young children we were jam packed in. The photos on the trang web make the rooms appear larger than they are.

Great place to lớn stay with a nice atmosphere và very helpfull staff. Excellent breakfast và located in the center.

Brilliant location in the Old Quarter, within easy walking distance to almost all main attractions in Hanoi. The Staff were excellent và friendly. Loved our stay và would definitely stay there again the next time we go khổng lồ Hanoi

Food was soewhat average, but that really wasn't a problem as there were many good inexpensive sầu reataurants nearby.

Smell i the hotel . Food smell in comtháng areas / hallways. Bathroom smells due khổng lồ high humidity / mold . needs lớn be properly dried up. otherwise hotel is fine

Friendly và efficient service.

Stayed in Room 205 but it was without window. We were earlier shown a family suite in your new bloông xã floor in 4th floor - acceptable view of main road with plenty of sunshine. Unfortunately, the bathrooms door were poorly designed as it was not completely 'frosted' ie the bathroom/nhà wc can be view / seen from outside. Aren't it suppose lớn be family suite? It would have been thắm thiết for a couple on holiday but not with your chirdren seeing you taking your shower!! Its a pity, otherwise it would be a perfect room for a family.
