Ich kann das Mira hotel weiterempfehlen! Unser Zimmer sehr sauber mit tollem Ausblick. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super ; kurze Wege in die city und zum Strand. Das hotel hat auch einen Shuttleservice vom Flughafen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es wieder buchen.

We turned up & the receptionist / manager said our room was broken so we had khổng lồ go to lớn their other hotel, 30min away. They wanted us to lớn pay lớn get there. We said no that they should sort. Then she said they'd put us on 2 motorbikes...with a little kid và a 2 bags each! After a while we agreed when they guaranteed it'll be safe. Next thing when we ask how long bike will take, we're told police have stopped bikes và they can no longer take us. Even though we can see a khách sạn branded oto sitting outside! Next minute she says, we don't have a reservation for you, we can not find any details of your booking. So they'll refund the money that we've pre paid for our booking (somehow she can see this now) và we need to go find another khách sạn last minute, with bags & 2 children under 10yrs in tow. This hotel stuffed up with our confirmed & pre paid booking. Normally a khách sạn would bởi vì their utmost lớn fix it và assist the customer. But not this hotel. Very unimpressed. Luckily nice khách sạn owner down the alley at the Lucky khách sạn assisted us with a room last minute.…
