The hotel was very smart and clean và the Reception staff were really really excellent. However the restaurant staff were not so good - we had one evening meal there & they were more interested in chatting và larking around or talking loudly on their radios than looking after the customers. The bar staff were downright rude one evening when we wanted a drink at 9.50pm. They said they closed at 10 then switched off the lights and left!! The reason was that they are government employees & cannot work over their allocated time. This was thankfully and respectfully explained to us by the lovely chap on the reception desk who went out of his way to look after us and get us a juice from the restaurant instead. The rooms were lovely & we had a không tính tiền upgrade too. The breakfast was great especially the porridge và coffee. The pool và gym were đứng top class although the water was quite cold. I had some great swims with it all lớn myself.
